
Before you make these cupcakes, I highly recommend getting yourself a Wilton Treat Corer. You can cut the centers out with a knife to make room for the marshmallow filling, but it just saves so much time and makes such a more consistent cut to use a corer. It’s only a few dollars and you’ll thank me later, I promise.
These cupcakes take some patience, so don’t try to make them in a rush. The marshmallow filling adds a step to your regular cupcake-baking process that you might not be prepared for.
