Mint Crinkle Cookies

Mint crinkle cookies are the Holy Grail of Christmas cookie recipes. I could honestly eat an entire batch of them with no regrets (okay – maybe a few). My boyfriend describes mint and chocolate as the worst combination on the planet, however polar opposite as we are, it’s definitely one of my all-time favorites!

My first mint crinkle cookie was from Panera. One opened up in my hometown when I was in high school and I was absolutely obsessed with their mint crinkle cookies. When they took they away that season, I was absolutely devastated. Eventually, I moved on and made my own delicious recipe that I’m sure you’ll love just just as much!

    Oh I love mint chocolate! I made mint chocolate bars on my blog…they are my grandma’s recipe and, oh boy, are they delicious!
