I stumbled upon these Jet Puffed Mallow Bits at Target one day and I’m absolutely obsessed. I can’t wait to put them on EVERYTHING. I’ve already put them on brownies, cupcakes, and yes – ice cream too.

Even if you want to skip some steps and use your favorite boxed mix, give the buttercream recipe a try. Homemade buttercream frosting is so much better than the can and adds just the flair your baked goods need.
