Gooey chocolate chip peanut butter blondies topped creamy chocolate ganache and crunchy Reese's Pieces Candies.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x9 pan and line with parchment papers. Set aside.
Whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar. Slowly incorporate the vanilla and peanut butter until smooth. Add the egg and the egg yolk.
Using a wooden spoon, add the flour and salt until just combined. Stir in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Spread the batter evenly across the pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until evenly set. You don't want to overbake or you'll lose the gooey center. Remove from oven and let cool.
While the blondies are baking, place your 1 cup of chocolate chips in a bowl and set aside.
Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until steaming, but not boiling. Pour the heated cream over your chocolate chips and cover with a lid. Let sit undisturbed for 10 minutes.
Using a small whisk, gently whisk the chocolate and heavy cream until smooth. Let cool for 30 minutes or until the consistency thickens enough to spread.
Spread the ganache over the brownies and top with mini Reese's Pieces, peanut butter cups, or anything desired! Slice it up and enjoy!
